A book of quiet fragments
Nyra
A girl who listens to the stars.

There are so many of them.
So no one ever feels alone in the dark.
Up on the rooftops
She listens.
To the stars, to her own questions, to the quiet space inside. A black cat sits beside her and says very little, which is exactly enough.
“When you stop rushing,
the world starts talking.”
But the sky never asked
who was allowed
to look at the stars.
